This website

The website sets no tracking cookies. When you sign in it sets one cookie that keeps you signed in, and nothing else.

Your account

For an email account we store your email address and a salted hash of your password. For a Discord sign-in we store your Discord user ID and display name; we don't store your Discord email.

For each machine you sign in to the Cadence controller we store its name, platform, app version, a one-way fingerprint of the machine, and how many controller windows were open. We use these to enforce the two-machine limit and to show you where you're signed in.

Each time you sign in to the website, and each time a controller checks your access (every few minutes while it runs), we record the time, the machine, the app version, your IP address and the country it maps to. We use this to spot accounts being shared, and delete these records after 90 days. Country lookups use a database on our own server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP); your IP address is not sent anywhere else. After launch we will also store your subscription status and payment records from our payment provider.

What we don't collect

Gameplay data, fight recordings and profiles stay on your own PCs.
